Esther Vanderwal, BSW, MSW, LCSW-C
As a licensed therapist it is an honor to be invited into the lives of my clients. Sharing your struggles with a stranger can be overwhelming and intimidating. Know that my approach is to provide object support as we explore your struggles and assist you in finding ways to improve your situation.
I have been a social worker for over 20 years and have a variety of experience working with individuals and families. I often share with clients that I have worked in the field long enough to know struggles from before birth to after death and everything in between.
The therapeutic process begins with an initial consultation that allows us to meet and allows me to gather information on what brings you in at this time. The degree of symptoms and levels of functioning are assessed. Treatment goals and the course of treatment will then be created together. This experience will be led by you and your needs.
Molly Rowen, MSW, LMSW
I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2014 from the University of Maryland, and my Master’s in Social Work in 2018 from Salisbury University. In my training, I have worked with individuals working on their recovery from substance abuse, as well as provided therapy to adults and children with a wide variety of mental health issues.
In my work as a licensed social worker I strive to work collaboratively with clients facing a variety of stressors that life may bring. I believe in providing a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can work on your goals and openly talk through your struggles. I hope to help you increase self-awareness, stability, and clarity in life as you navigate through the challenges that you are facing. Every individual is unique. I look forward to getting to know you, meeting you where you are at, and beginning a journey towards healing.
