Fees and Insurance
The topic of payment, fees, and insurance can be complicated and confusing. Please read the information below and then feel free to contact me with questions or concerns you may have.
I am an in net work provider for BlueCross/Blue Shield (CareFirst). I am an out-of-network provider for Tricare. If you have Tricare Standard, you are able to come in for a session and we an order an authorization at that point. If you are Tricare Prime, please check to see if you have out of network benefits with a referral.
Payment is required at the time of the session and I accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.
At the end of each session, I will provide you with a detailed receipt to file with your insurance company for reimbursement purposes if you have out of network benefits that I cannot file on line. Please contact your insurance company for information about reimbursement. In particular, you may want to ask them if and how much they will reimburse you for treatment provided by an out-of-network provider and if there is a deductible that you must first meet.
