I received my Bachelor of Arts in English from Baylor University and then my Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington with a focus on mental health and substance abuse. I enjoyed working with refugees, substance abuse, crisis services, and skills training before becoming a therapist. I appreciate working with individuals from all backgrounds and aim to listen, empathize, and be present. I understand that life can be a little easier with someone in your corner, and I hope to be that person for this chapter of your life.
