Amber Allard

LMSW (Under Clinical Supervision), Psychotherapy

Amber is a Licensed Master Social Worker and received her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Social Work from Texas State University. She is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.

Amber strongly believes in walking side by side with her clients throughout their therapeutic journey. She is passionate about supporting not only her clients, but their families as well and believes that each person has the ability to become the best version of themselves, despite the obstacles they have faced. She believes that everyone has their own unique story and utilizes a variety of treatment modalities to meet her clients where they are in their healing journey. Amber provides a collaborative approach to her treatment, engaging her clients in the process.

Prior to her work in mental health, Amber served as a combat medic in the US Army, as well as an EMT on the civilian side. Amber has a deep understanding of the challenges that military and first responder’s face and the impact that it can have on a family.

Outside of the office, you can find Amber enjoying time with her family and animals, gardening, rock climbing, swimming and camping.
