Katie Jensen, M.A., LCSW-C, is a dedicated and highly qualified Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical with a strong academic background and extensive experience in providing compassionate care to children, adolescents, and families. Katie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Educational Studies from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, demonstrating her early dedication to understanding human behavior and development. She continued her academic journey by obtaining a Master of Social Work degree from Salisbury University, where she consistently demonstrated excellence in her field and earned her LCSW-C licensure. Throughout her career, Katie has worked diligently with children and adolescents in both public and private agency settings. She possesses a wealth of experience in assisting children with autism spectrum disorders in developing adaptive and social skills. Additionally, she has provided individual counseling to children and adolescents, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including obsessive-compulsive disorder, body-focused repetitive behaviors, eating disorders, tic disorders, and various other challenges.
