“In my early professional years I was asking the question: How can I treat, or cure, or change this person? Now I would phrase the question in this way: How can I provide a relationship which this person may use for his own personal growth?”
― Carl R. Rogers

This is the philosophy I use when providing support to individuals seeking therapy.  I began this journey, working in the mental health field, in 2005 after graduating from St. Mary’s College in St. Mary’s City.  I went on for my Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy, knowing that God was calling me in this direction.  I have since worked with many populations, including mental health and substance abuse, of all ages.  I currently provide mental health support to individuals, couples and families.  Oftentimes, individuals come into therapy as the last resort to stressors they are struggling with in their life.  I provide hope to all my clients, that no matter what storm you are experiencing, there is hope that you can get through that storm and find the rainbow of change you are looking for.  I’m here to walk with you through the storm, and watch you embrace that rainbow of change!
